3/4* days = short-stay from Sunday until Thursday (4 days) or Thursday until Sunday (3 days), this price is only valid for this specific days of arrival. We also have a reduction in prices for stays over 7 days and more. The prices are meant per person and day including all duties and taxes.
In the following periods of time we do offer short-stays from Thursday until Sunday and from Sunday until Thursday but the price will be the single daily price for each room:

General conditions

The prices are quoted per person per day for our “well-being” board with all services included. The children’s prices are valid when there are two adults paying full price in the same room. The room is available from 3 pm onwards. In case of arrival after 6 pm, please telephone to let us know. We ask that you leave your room by 11 am on departure day.
The rooms are considered booked when a deposit of € 150 is paid per person, via bank transfer to the Cassa Raiffeisen Valle Isarco, Kreuzgasse 7, I-39042 Bressanone. Swift-Code: RZSBIT21707. IBAN-Code: IT38 J083 0759 1200 0030 7000 006. Insurance policies for cancellations can be taken out, which you can do directly through us.

The deposit is kept as a penalty in case of cancellations, and international cancellation conditions apply. For booking cancellations received at least 1 month in advance no penalty is charged, after which 50% of the total price is deducted. For late arrival or early departure, 70% of the price for the booked period not used is deducted. Hence we recommend taking out a European insurance policy against travel cancellations when booking. If beauty or well-being applications are not used without punctual cancellation (at least 24 hours before), 50% of the price is deducted. For weekly package offers not used, no reduction on the package price is granted.

Occasionally, something can happen before the start of a trip. With our cancellation insurance you are financially covered. Should a booked stay at a hotel be delayed, or even not taken up or prematurely broken off, cancellation charges can be redeemed in accordance with EU standards. In order to save you any expenses in such cases, we recommend you take out this trip cancellation insurance, with which you are covered by the Europäische Reiseversicherung's travel insurance.

for pets: € 15.00 per day without food.
Please let us know in advance if you plan to bring a pet with you. Pets are not allowed in the living room, the wellness area and swimming pool and on the lawn with the deckchairs. They must absolutely not disturb the quiet of the hotel. If necessary, we reserve the right to charge a € 30 supplement for the final cleaning of the room.
Parking in the underground car park: € 4.00
For single use of a double room, we calculate a 50% supplement on the relative category price.

Reductions:

For children in their parents’ room, the following prices apply:
up to the age of 2: € 15 per day
From 2 to 6 years old: 70 % discount
From 6 to 12 years old: 50 % discount
From 12 to 16 years old: 35% discount
From 16 upwards: 15 % discount


For accommodation with breakfast: € 10.00 reduction on listed price

Useful information:

The most direct way of reaching our hotel: Chiusa motorway exit (3km) Turn right, cross over the bridge, at the crossroads after 50 m on the left, follow signs to Velturno. Once you reach the town, turn right twice.
Railway stations: Chiusa (4 km), Bressanone (7 km – international connections). If you come by train, we will meet you at the railway station.
Airports: Bolzano (40 km), Verona, Bergamo, Innsbruck.
